Position : Senior Key Account Specialist - CRM
Experience : 3 to 10 years of relevant experience working with Corporate clients
Location : Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact for Zeta customers and provide superior customer experience for lifetime
- Enhance the profitability of the relationship from existing Zeta accounts via cross selling, upselling & organic growth opportunities
- Identifying relevant decision makers & maintaining relationships with them for introducing new zeta products and also ensuring current relationship is going smooth
- Creating awareness about zeta products in Zeta account via helpdesks, emailers, events etc.,
- Ensuring CSAT in each of Zeta account is more than 90% at any given point of time
- Have in-depth knowledge of Zeta products & services and exhibit authority over corporate benefits industry
- To keep a tab on business trends and forecasting requirements for enhancing the Zeta customers experience further
- Meeting monthly & quarterly targets as assigned
Mandatory skills:
- Very good knowledge of corporate markets and industries in the area of location
- Has relevant experience of moving on field to liaise with corporate clients
- Possess excellent communication skills to interact with CXO level senior officials
- Ability to make presentations to corporates / mass audiences
- Top notch Planning & Organizing skills
- Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
- Matured, detail-oriented
- Extremely passionate about technology - and can't live without your smartphone!
- Well-versed with, and highly interested in, Internet and mobile communication
- Have a way with people, and particularly good at building rapport with customers
- Strong understanding of how a business operates and successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen
- Having own conveyance
