Job Description :

- Managing relationships with all existing Modern Trade and Members

- Order Generation and Execution, Liaison with local marketing and sales teams

- Develop channel-wise sales strategy to and ensure targeted distribution dominant

- Proficiency in analyzing and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods

- Conduct market visits and responsible for business development

- Lead and develop the team of Field Sales Team members, across Delhi to deliver the growth agenda of the organization

- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity

- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets from the key accounts

- Responsible for ensuring that the Company policies and procedures are followed in all key account transactions

- Monitor performance and compliance to Agreements, taking corrective action where appropriate

- Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.

- Responsible for collecting relevant feedback from the Customer and passing it on to the concerned person

- Be responsible for the sales volume and revenue

Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of retail industry

- Fluent in English

- Proven negotiation skills

- Ability to think critically and creatively
