Synopsis
Are you a skilled Works Contract Engineer with a strong background in pavement and geometric design? We want you! Our client is seeking a highly qualified Project Engineer with extensive experience in contract management to join their team.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc or BEng.) with a focus on road construction and contract expertise.
Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
A valid driver's license is required.
At least 5-8 years of post-graduation experience in consulting engineering, with significant involvement in design and contract documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage risk effectively.
Design and implement road infrastructure projects, including pavement and geotechnical assessment and quality construction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide pavement design and materials advisory services to external parties.
Actively participate in relevant functional working groups for pavements.
